Both locations are available for room rentals

Ybor city location is open for larger event rentals 7 days a week. Building is 7000 square  can accomidate 250 people .The  Main  hall size is 40 feet x 53  feet =2120 sq feet

Town and country location is open 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm for all exhibits ,events and private partys and business meetings

rental Rates There are no hidden nasty fees here  like (attendant fee or event hall surcharge  fee ),the price you are quoted is the price you Pay .Fees are based on size of event,type of event,and the ammount of hours rented  all rentals include tables and chairs  use of pa system ,snack area ,There will be a cash security deposit /damage deposit with all rentals (returned to you day of rental) as long as place is cleaned up and there are no property damage  or extra fees due
