When fate came upon the demise of my ice-cream store in Tampa, the ice-cream sign was taken to Ybor with intentions of selling ice cream. The plans to sell ice cream in Ybor was scrapped but the Coquittos sign stayed.
Somewhere along fate's passage a new concept developed with an old dream in mind. Why can't artists and the curious and all admirers cohabit? Meaning art as we perceive it (painting -clay-pottery-dancing, singing can be shared in a more open environment and not just at galleries or black tie engagements .
So here we are a membership studio with doors wide open to all nice people who care to share the colors of the rainbow, the voice of the tune and the quest for the unusual.
